Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting products to drive revenue.
• Become a piercing expert through comprehensive training, conducting piercings, educating customers on aftercare, and maintaining a sterile environment.
• Maintain an Insta-worthy store with organized inventory, visually appealing displays, and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and fostering a positive, high-energy work environment.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style and boost sales.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash transactions, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their new accessories and piercings on social media, creating shareable moments.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, ideally with leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
• Ability to conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
• Proficiency in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
• Completed some high school; part-time manager experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while assisting customers and merchandising.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and management.
• Strong grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
• Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently at times.
