Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting special offers to drive revenue.
• Become a piercing expert through comprehensive training, conducting piercings, educating customers on aftercare, maintaining a sterile environment, and addressing questions or concerns.
• Maintain an Insta-worthy store with eye-catching displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and fostering a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
• Represent Claire’s brand by staying updated on fashion and social media trends, suggesting products, and boosting sales.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash transactions, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their new accessories and piercings on social media, creating viral-worthy moments.

Requirements

• Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially for young or anxious customers.
• Proficiency in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
• At least one year of retail experience, ideally with leadership or sales-driving responsibilities.
• Physical ability to stand during shifts, lift 11-35kg (25-75lbs), bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools.
• Passion for helping customers express themselves and providing excellent service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and management.
• Strong grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently at times.
• Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
• Ability to create curated fashion looks with products during shifts.
