Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting current offers to drive revenue.
• Become a piercing expert through comprehensive training—conduct piercings, educate customers on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions or concerns.
• Maintain an Insta-worthy store with eye-catching displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and fostering a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
• Stay up-to-date on fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style and boost sales.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their new accessories and piercings on social media, creating viral-worthy moments.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, ideally with leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
• Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially for young or anxious customers.
• Proficiency in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
• Completed some high school; retail management experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for scheduled shifts, lift 11-35kg (25-75lbs), bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and management.
• Solid grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
• Passion for fashion, self-expression, and staying current with trends to enhance the customer experience.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in some stores.
