Key Responsibilities
- Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work, including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning
- Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in
- Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards
- Interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members while working throughout the community

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour (dependent on experience, skills, and location)
- Bonus Eligibility: Discretionary bonus upon eligibility
- Incentives: Eligibility-based long-term incentives and performance-based awards
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
- Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and market considerations

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover work
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to safely use tools and equipment with manual dexterity and stamina, including lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must maintain a personal tool kit appropriate for completing assigned work
- Valid driver’s license required to operate company-owned or personal vehicles for business purposes
- Occasional off-site travel to pick up supplies
