About the Role
This is a full-time, year-round position overseeing guest communication and managing guest arrivals and departures. The Guest Experience Expert (GXE) is passionate about perfection and responsible for any tasks in and around the resort to ensure 5-star guest experiences from initial reservation to final departure.
