About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and cleaning our facility's equipment, buildings, and grounds as scheduled to preserve structural integrity and overall upkeep. You'll need solid maintenance knowledge and skills, with experience in property management being helpful. Responsibilities
- Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
- Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
- Immediately report any health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.
- Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
- Utilize a range of skills including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and more to conduct maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures.
Requirements
- At least three years of maintenance technician experience.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Computer literacy is required.
- An HVAC certificate is helpful but not required.
- A valid and current driver’s license is required for this position.
Schedule
10 hours per week.
