Part time Maintenance

Custodial

• Sweeps and mops floors
• Vacuums, strips and polishes floors with floor machine, as needed
• Helps set up multipurpose room and courtyard for functions (rearranging and putting up cafeteria tables and chairs)
• Moves furniture when cleaning classrooms
• Cleans windows and doors, as needed
• Cleans restrooms, including floors, sinks and toilet facilities
• Replaces restroom products and supplies, as needed
• Monitors daytime and/or evening activities, including security of campus
• Alarms and de-alarms buildings, as necessary

Maintenance

• Depending upon experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing, the worker can be required to perform tasks like assembling furniture, helping with inventory, minor electrical and plumbing repair that does not require an outside agency
