Part time Luxury Jewelry Associate

About the role

We are seeking a part-time sales associate for our store in Park Meadows. Our ideal candidate will have fine jewelry and/or watch sales experience, or other luxury sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations and creating a memorable experience
• Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features and benefits to all customers when presenting merchandise
• Cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information utilizing company supported technology
• Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces

• Bilingual is a plus but not required
• Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment; or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education
• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• The full or part-time hourly schedule is designed to provide flex staffing during key events and peak selling times.

Pay

Range: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour + monthly sales bonus based on individual sales and store performance
