Part-Time LPN Nurse

About the role

Merakey is seeking a part‑time LPN Nurse to join the Season’s residential LTSR program in Chestnut Hill, PA. The position works the 1st shift during the week with required flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments of psychiatric/medical conditions for residential program residents.
• Complete medication administration record (MAR) reviews.
• Write nursing notes for each resident.
• Administer and document medication and therapeutic treatments according to prescribers' orders while on shift.
• Engage in staff team‑oriented processes and comply with job functions as needed.
• Perform additional duties as deemed appropriate.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.

Pay

$32.78 per hour.

Part‑time, 1st shift during the week with required flexibility.
