Part-Time LPN Medication Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking an LPN Medication Nurse responsible for providing safe and accurate medication administration, health monitoring, and precise clinical documentation to support resident care.

Key Duties

• Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders, following the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Documenting in MAR/TAR in real-time
• Monitoring symptoms and reporting adverse reactions or refusals
• Conducting Service & Health Updates (SHUs)
• Transcribing physician orders
• Observing and reporting physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
• Maintaining medication carts and ensuring compliance standards

Qualifications And Skills

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
