Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in a safe, comfortable environment.
- Administer medications and treatments per personalized care plans.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, families, and medical partners.
- Deliver personalized nursing care and support residents' independence.

- Contribute to creating a community where residents feel valued and supported.
Requirements
- Valid and unencumbered state Nursing License.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN; experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus.
- Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to elder care.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
