Part-Time LPN

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in a safe, comfortable environment.
• Administer medications and treatments per personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver quality care aligned with core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, families, and medical partners.
• Deliver personalized nursing care and support residents' independence.

Requirements

• Valid and unencumbered state Nursing License.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN; experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus.
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to elder care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
