Summary This position provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services. Responsible for planning, marketing, and executing events and programs across the Event Center and Pioneer Center. Leads communication, marketing/social media, and sponsorship fulfillment to ensure strong resident engagement and revenue support. Plan, coordinate, and execute community events from concept through completionDevelop and maintain a rolling 60–90 day event calendar across both facilitiesCreate marketing materials (flyers, newsletters, email blasts, social media) with consistent brandingManage social media platforms with weekly content and event promotion cadenceCoordinate with vendors, instructors, performers, and internal teamsTrack and fulfill all sponsorship deliverables (TV monitors, event signage, print mentions)Maintain lobby monitor content (events + sponsors) with accurate, timely updatesSupport on-site event execution, including evenings and weekends as neededCollect and track attendance and feedback data to improve programmingAssist with registration systems and resident communicationCoordinate dual-facility scheduling with Pioneer Center to avoid conflicts Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 3 – 5 years of marketing experience 2 years of event planning experience Must utilize discretion in managing highly confidential or sensitive information Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with all levels of management and clients Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with residents, vendors, and leadership Ability to manage multiple concurrent events, deadlines, and priorities Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Photoshop, and basic marketing tools Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information CPR & First Aid Certified Minimum Education High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred for full-time roles Language Skills The individual must have strong written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate effectively with employees and clients at all levels of the organization. Availability Regular business hours and overtime as needed. Working Environment Combination of office and event-based environments, including indoor event spaces, storage areas, and occasional outdoor conditions. Travel will be required from day trips to the occasional overnight trips for events. Transportation will vary.
