Part-Time Life Enrichment Assistant

About the role

The Life Enrichment Assistant will support the overall mission of the community by assisting with activities that promote social interaction, physical health, and mental wellness among residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement group activities that enhance social connections and community engagement.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy living environment for residents.
• Support staff in providing daily care and assistance to residents as needed.
• Document resident interactions and activities in a timely manner.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check.
