About the role

A Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides direct patient care under supervision, following state Scope of Practice and organizational policies. The role involves delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients with kidney disease, contributing to a mission of improving lives and ensuring an individualized experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care, supporting registered nurses
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes
• Foster relationships and create a positive environment for patients and staff

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of LVN experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the practice state
• Current CPR certification
