About the role

Join a clinician-led mental health organization as a Licensed Clinician providing evidence-based care through telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

Responsibilities

• Delivering compassionate therapy to a diverse client base, including couples and children
• Maintaining a minimum of 15 sessions and 20 hours of weekly availability
• Utilizing modern clinical technology such as telehealth and electronic health records
• Collaborating within a supportive clinical community and contributing positively to team dynamics

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Massachusetts (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or PhD)

Skills

• Committed to client progress and evidence-based practices
• Comfortable working with various client populations and treatment modalities

Pay

Up to $66,500 based on licensure, session volume, and bonuses
