Part Time Licensed Therapist

Position Overview: Licensed clinicians providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a hybrid model of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Responsibilities Include Delivering a diverse range of clinical services to clients, including individuals, couples, and children.Maintaining a minimum of 15 sessions and 20 hours of weekly availability.Using modern clinical technology such as telehealth platforms and EHR tools.Supporting client progress with a focus on measurable outcomes.Participating in clinical community activities, case consultations, and ongoing training. Qualifications And Skills Licensed in Massachusetts (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD).Comfortable working independently and collaborating within a clinical team.Strong communication skills and proficiency with clinical technology.Open to treating a variety of client populations. Key Duties and Support: The organization manages credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, enabling clinicians to focus on client care. New clinicians build a full caseload within 90 days, with flexible scheduling options available seven days a week.
