Part Time Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

About the role

Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to over 175,000 clients across the country through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Lynchburg, VA.

You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Virginia — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based mental health care through telehealth and in-person sessions
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Work flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET
