About the role
Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to over 175,000 clients across the country through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Chesterfield, VA.
You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:
- Independently licensed and living in Virginia — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based mental health care to clients
- Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
- Work flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET
Requirements
- Independent licensure in Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD as a Licensed Psychologist)
- Minimum 20 hours of weekly availability for client sessions
- Willingness to treat a diverse client base, including couples and children
- Comfort with telehealth and EHR tools
Pay
Up to $55,700 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
