Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing patient-centered care under RN supervision, within the LPN scope of practice. Responsibilities Include Performing routine nursing procedures, assessing patient needs, and managing care according to physician orders.Assisting with patient preparation, treatments, tests, and follow-up care, while documenting accurately.Providing education to patients and families to promote self-care and understanding.Coordinating care with team members, communicating changes in patient conditions, and participating in care planning.Serving as a preceptor for new staff and contributing to staff education and professional development.Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Qualifications And Skills High School Diploma/GED and LPN license, BLS certification required.Preferred experience in healthcare, especially in oncology or outpatient settings.Strong assessment, clinical, organizational, and communication skills.Positive leadership, problem-solving abilities, and computer proficiency.Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and scheduling flexibility. Additional Duties: Attend meetings, training, and participate in special projects; may perform other duties as assigned, including floating between sites within 35 miles.
