As a Laser Hair Removal Provider, you will deliver safe, effective treatments while helping clients build confidence and achieve long-term results. Responsibilities

  • Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards
  • Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks
  • Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care
  • Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes
  • Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident
  • Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews
  • Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness
  • Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness
  • Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals
  • Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan’s standards of professionalism
  • Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records
  • Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate
  • Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service
  • Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records
  • Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation
  • Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
  • Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
  • Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
  • After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
