As a Laser Hair Removal Provider, you will deliver safe, effective treatments while helping clients build confidence and achieve long-term results. In Milan’s structured clinic environment, you’ll combine medical expertise, patient education, and compassionate care to ensure every client feels informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their journey. Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards
- Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks
- Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care
- Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes
- Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident
- Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews
- Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness
- Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness
- Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals
- Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan’s standards of professionalism
- Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records
- Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate
- Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service
- Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records
- Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
- Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
- After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
