Part-Time Library Clerk Leesburg

Duties

• serving the public at the Circulation Desk (checking library account, finding books or movies)
• providing assistance with computers as well as the printer/fax machine/scanner/copier
• shelving and cleaning library materials
• assisting with library programs
• helping with book shipment processing
• offering reader’s advisory
• ongoing tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• working with the general public for prolonged periods of time
• some heavy lifting
• being on your feet

Qualifications

• Adult and/or children’s programming may be involved

Schedule

The work schedule can vary depending on the HCDL location.
