Part-time Lecturers and Coadjutants for Spring 2026 Semester - Various Courses

About the role

The Department of Food Science in the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking Part-time Lecturers or Co-adjutants to teach or provide academic support for various undergraduate or graduate courses such as: Food and Health; Field to Table; Food Process Engineering; Current Issues in Food Science and Food Law; Food Product Development; Food Microbiology Lab; Carbohydrates in Foods; Nutragenomics & Nutraceuticals, and possibly others during the Spring 2026 semester.

Responsibilities

• Present course materials during assigned course times
• Hold office hours
• Administer exams
• Assign grades
• Coordinate any other requirements related to course instruction
• Non-teaching co-adjutants provide academic support

• Qualified to teach or provide academic support in the listed Food Science courses
