About the role
The Department of Interactive Media at the University of Miami is seeking an adjunct faculty member in game design. The ideal candidate will have experience designing games for impact and serious games, as well as skills in virtual reality products and interfaces and 3D modeling. Requirements
- M.A., M.F.A., or Ph.D. in Game Design or related field
- At least three years of professional experience in game design
Qualifications
- Proven track record of creative and professional experience in game design
- Good interpersonal skills and inventive teaching abilities
- Subject knowledge and skills relevant to subject development in an academic and professional context
Skills
- Experience designing games for impact and serious games
- Skills in virtual reality products and interfaces
- 3D modeling expertise
