Responsibilities
- Teaching dance history

- Improvisation
- Composition
- Cultural dance
- Dance/movement therapy
- Methodology of dance education (undergraduate and graduate)
Requirements
- M.A., M.F.A., or Ph.D. in dance or dance-related fields
- One year of relevant experience
- Prior college teaching experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success as a performing artist
- Teacher of dance
- Certification in dance/movement therapy
Skills
- Ability to teach a variety of dance styles
- Experience in dance education
- Knowledge of dance history

Pay
The pay range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 annually.
