Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses such as ASL, deaf culture, history, or literature and linguistics courses.
- Positions are available throughout the year contingent upon enrollment and departmental need.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field strongly preferred.
- Fluency in American Sign Languages required.
- ASLTA or RID-certified strongly preferred.
- Three to five years of teaching experience in ASL, or interpreting strongly preferred.
- Cross-cultural understanding and excellent communication skills required.
