About the role
Greystar is a leading real estate platform offering property management, investment management, development, and construction services in institutional-quality rental housing. This part-time position involves performing all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community's revenue and occupancy goals.
Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, conduct credit screenings, and perform criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-ins, and address any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
- Stay informed about market conditions, develop and implement marketing plans, and follow policies related to concessions, specials, and other programs to boost occupancy.
- Create and execute marketing activities, including resident referral and employer outreach programs, internet marketing tools, and community-specific marketing plans.
- Use on-site property management software to track apartment availability, record leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and capture critical information.
- Ensure show units meet company standards for show quality by inspecting the marketing corridor and leasing tour, communicating maintenance needs, merchandising, and preparing the leasing office.
- Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction through various communication methods and take prompt action to solve resident or client issues.
- Execute lease renewal program by preparing lease renewal letters and packages, meeting with renewing residents, and ensuring timely implementation of lease renewal documents.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions, push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Able to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions, and be able to work in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks as described.
Skills
Knowledge of real estate sales and leasing processes, ability to use property management software, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with internet marketing tools are essential.

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00.
