Part-Time Leasing Consultant - Stone Cliff

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant for our beautiful property Stone Cliff Apartments in Aurora, CO.

Responsibilities

• Met and greeted prospective residents, in a timely and friendly manner.
• Qualified applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner.
• Coincided with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins for new residents.
• Maintained thorough and up-to-date rental files. Accurately entered rental data into the computer.
• Prepared leases for and oversaw the signing of leases by new residents.
• Aided in completing monthly administrative tasks and ensured property's paperwork was organized and complete.
• Interacted with residents in a professional manner to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely payment of rents.

Qualifications

• One year of property management experience preferred!
• Excellent sales and customer service skills are essential!
• The desire to work in a team setting with a company that loves to promote from within
• Professional etiquette essential!

Pay

$22-$23/hr DOE

Schedule

Paid time off

48 Hours of Paid Sick Time
