Part-Time Leasing Consultant- Murfreesboro, TN

About the role

We are seeking a part-time leasing consultant for our Abbington property in Murfreesboro, TN. The position offers flexible hours (24 hours per week expected, schedule to be discussed during interviews), and requires previous customer service and leasing/sales experience. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic, high-energy demeanor and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide apartment tours and qualify prospective residents
• Prepare documentation and complete move-in procedures
• Maintain resident relations by offering excellent customer service and participating in resident promotions or functions
• Communicate with current residents regarding lease renewals and rates
• Represent the property community positively and promote its benefits to prospective residents
• Participate in team efforts to achieve desired results
• Attend staff meetings as required

Requirements

• Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit preferred
• Onesite experience preferred
• Minimum of two years sales/leasing experience or equivalent required
• Ability to follow directives and work with minimal supervision
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Excellent customer service skills, including follow-up, are essential
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required

Qualifications
