Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview: Serve as a Cashier and/or Stocker with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Contribute to maintaining plan-o-grams and store programs, ensuring a well-organized and profitable environment. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks, receive, open, and unpack cartons following store procedures.Stock, rotate, face merchandise, and build displays; restock returned items.Assist in implementing and maintaining plan-o-grams.Help customers locate merchandise and provide exemplary customer service.Operate cash register, total purchases, process payments, and bag items.Maintain cleanliness of the store, including floors, restrooms, and stockroom.Set up sidewalk displays and keep the front end organized and clean.In the absence of management, authorize refunds, oversee cash handling, make bank deposits, and monitor security activities. Qualifications & Skills Ability to operate cash registers and scanners accurately.Strong customer service skills and team-oriented attitude.Ability to follow store procedures, policies, and safety standards.Competence in stock management, display setup, and store organization.Capable of performing light cleaning and store maintenance duties.Leadership skills to oversee cashier accountability, cash control, and security measures in management's absence.
