Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview: Serve as a Cashier and Stocker with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks, receive, open, and unpack shipments following store procedures.Stock, rotate, face merchandise, and build displays to maintain attractive sales areas.Assist in implementing and maintaining plan-o-grams and product placement strategies.Help customers locate merchandise and provide exceptional customer service.Operate cash register, process transactions, give change, and bag items efficiently.Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including cleaning floors, restrooms, and stockrooms.Assist with store setup, signage, and sidewalk displays to enhance visual appeal.Support security and cash control by monitoring cash levels, authorizing refunds, and assisting with bank deposits in the absence of management.Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a secure shopping and working environment. Qualifications & Skills Strong customer service orientation.Ability to operate cash registers and handle cash accurately.Capable of physical tasks such as unloading, stocking, and cleaning.Leadership skills to assist in store operations and security during management absence.Attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures.
