Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview: Serve as a Cashier and/or Stocker, providing leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Assist with setting up and maintaining plan-o-grams and merchandising programs to ensure optimal store presentation. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks and process deliveries following store procedures.Stock, rotate, face merchandise, and build displays to maximize sales.Assist customers in locating products and provide exceptional customer service.Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and bag merchandise accurately.Maintain store cleanliness, including floors, restrooms, and stockroom, and manage trash and cardboard recycling.Support store setup, including sidewalk displays and front-end organization.Help implement and maintain plan-o-grams and merchandising standards.Assist with opening and closing the store, including cash handling, bank deposits, and security procedures. Qualifications & Skills Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.Ability to operate cash registers and handle monetary transactions accurately.Willingness to perform cleaning and stock replenishment duties.Leadership qualities to act in a lead capacity when needed.Adherence to company policies, safety standards, and security protocols. Additional Duties: Monitor store environment for safety and security, assist with paperwork, and support team efforts to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
