Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role and Responsibilities

• Serve as a Cashier and/or Stocker, providing leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining plan-o-grams and merchandising programs to ensure optimal product presentation.
• Unload trucks, receive, open, and unpack shipments following store procedures.
• Stock, rotate, face shelves, build displays, and restock returned merchandise to maximize sales.
• Support ordering processes for designated zones and assist with plan-o-gram implementation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by helping customers locate merchandise and greeting them upon entry.
• Perform cleaning and store upkeep tasks, including dusting, mopping, trash removal, and restroom stocking, to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Operate cash registers, process transactions, collect payments, and bag merchandise in accordance with company policies.
• Assist with store setup, window displays, and front-end cleanliness.
• Ensure store organization, safety, and security standards are met.
• In the absence of managers, authorize refunds and overrides, sign off on transactions, count registers, and make deposits.
• Maintain cash accountability, monitor security cameras, supply change, and handle cash drawer pulls as directed.
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly, adhering to all security and operational procedures.
