Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

We are seeking a versatile team member to serve as a Cashier and/or Stocker with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Key duties include unloading trucks, stocking and rotating merchandise, assisting with plan-o-gram implementation, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities also encompass customer service, helping shoppers locate products, operating the cash register, processing payments, and bagging merchandise. Additional tasks involve setting up displays, cleaning store areas, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. In leadership capacity, the role includes authorizing refunds, managing cash register operations, monitoring cash levels, and assisting with bank deposits. Qualifications and skills include excellent customer service, attention to detail, adherence to company policies, and basic cash handling skills. Must be proactive in maintaining store standards, security, and teamwork to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
