Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview: Serve as a Cashier and/or Stocker, providing leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Assist with plan-o-gram setup, stock management, and merchandising to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks, receive, open, and unpack merchandise following store procedures.Stock, rotate, face shelves, and build displays; restock returned and recovered items.Assist with ordering, plan-o-gram implementation, and maintaining merchandise displays.Greet customers, locate merchandise, and deliver exceptional customer service.Operate cash register, process transactions, and handle payments accurately.Maintain store cleanliness, including dusting, mopping, trash disposal, and restroom upkeep.Support store setup, including sidewalk displays and front-end cleanliness.In absence of management, authorize refunds, overrides, count registers, and make bank deposits.Monitor cash levels, assist with security practices, and oversee cashier accountability.Complete required paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills: Customer service-oriented, capable of operating POS systems, organized in stock management, attentive to security and cash control protocols, and adaptable to leadership roles.
