Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview: This position functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker, with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing merchandise, and maintaining store operations to maximize profitability and safety. Key Responsibilities Include Unloading trucks and following processes for receiving, opening, and unpacking cartons.Stocking, rotating, facing merchandise, and building displays.Assisting with plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.Helping customers locate merchandise and providing excellent service.Operating cash registers, handling transactions, and bagging items.Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store, including floors, restrooms, and stockrooms.Supporting store setup, signage, and overall environment safety.In the absence of managers, authorizing refunds, signing for overrides, counting registers, and making bank deposits.Monitoring cash levels, supervising cash control, and ensuring security procedures are followed.Completing necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly. Qualifications And Skills Strong customer service orientation.Ability to operate cash registers and manage cash handling securely.Basic knowledge of stock management and merchandising.Ability to follow company policies and procedures.Leadership skills to act in a lead capacity when needed.Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining store standards.
