Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview: Acts as a Cashier and/or Stocker, providing leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Ensures efficient store operations, excellent customer service, and safety. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks, receive and unpack merchandise following store procedures.Stock, rotate, face merchandise, and assist with plan-o-gram implementation.Assist customers in locating products and provide exemplary service.Operate cash register, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, and ensure a safe shopping environment.Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, bank deposits, and security checks in the absence of management.Authorize refunds and overrides, monitor cash levels, and oversee cashier accountability.Complete required documentation timely and follow company policies and procedures. Qualifications & Skills Ability to operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.Strong customer service and teamwork skills.Capability to perform physical tasks such as unloading trucks, stocking, cleaning, and organizing.Leadership qualities to act in a lead capacity when necessary.Adherence to security, safety, and company policies.
