Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview: This position involves functioning as a Cashier and/or Stocker, with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. The role focuses on ensuring excellent customer service, inventory management, and store upkeep. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks, receive, open, and unpack merchandise following store procedures.Stock, rotate, face merchandise, and build displays; restock returned items.Assist with plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.Help customers locate merchandise and provide superior customer service.Operate cash register, process transactions, and bag items; collect payments and give change.Maintain store cleanliness, including dusting, mopping, trash removal, and restroom sanitation.Set up sidewalk displays and maintain a clean, organized, and secure environment.In absence of managerial staff, authorize refunds, sign for overrides, count register, and handle bank deposits.Monitor cash levels, oversee cash control procedures, and oversee security practices.Complete necessary paperwork and documentation promptly. Qualifications & Skills: The role requires strong customer service skills, ability to operate a cash register, and adherence to company policies.
