Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

About the role

This position combines Cashier and Stocker responsibilities with leadership duties in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. The role focuses on maximizing profitability, customer satisfaction, and safety while protecting assets and reducing losses.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and follow proper receiving procedures
• Stock, rotate, and build merchandise displays
• Assist in plan-o-gram implementation
• Help customers locate products
• Operate cash registers, collect payments, and bag merchandise
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Greet customers and set up displays
• In managerial absence: authorize refunds, manage cash, monitor security activities, and ensure cash accountability
