Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview: Serve as a Cashier and/or Stocker with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Focus on maintaining store organization, customer service, and security. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks, receive and unpack merchandise following store procedures.Stock, rotate, face merchandise, and build displays; assist with plan-o-gram implementation.Restock returned and recovered items; organize inventory zones and drop shipment categories.Assist customers with locating merchandise; maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.Operate cash register, process transactions, collect payments, and provide excellent customer service.Maintain store cleanliness, set up displays, and ensure a secure shopping environment.In the absence of supervisors, authorize refunds, oversee cash handling, monitor security cameras, and complete documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Ability to lead, follow company policies, and deliver exceptional customer service. Capable of operating cash registers, managing inventory, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness. Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently when needed.
