Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview: This position functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker, with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Key Responsibilities Assist in setting up and maintaining plan-o-grams and store programs.Unload trucks, receive, open, and unpack merchandise following established procedures.Stock, rotate, face merchandise, and build displays; restock returned or recovered items.Assist customers in locating merchandise and provide exemplary customer service.Operate cash register, process transactions, collect payments, and bag items.Maintain a clean, organized store environment—clean floors, restroom, stockroom, and front end.Help set up sidewalk displays and maintain store safety and security.In the absence of management, authorize refunds, count register, make bank deposits, monitor cash levels, and oversee security practices.Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time. Qualifications & Skills Strong customer service skills and ability to assist customers effectively.Ability to operate cash register and handle cash securely.Ability to follow company procedures for stocking, merchandising, and safety.Leadership capacity to step in for management when needed.Attention to cleanliness, organization, and store safety protocols.
