Responsibilities

• Act as the training ambassador, assisting with new employee orientation, product launch education, and team skill development.
• Assume the role of Manager on Duty as needed, handling operational tasks for opening, closing, banking, and store security.
• Model best-in-class customer service, consistently exceeding expectations and building long-term rapport using established service models.
• Provide expert cannabis recommendations to customers and caregivers, discussing therapy goals, product effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
• Participate in the patient intake process, maintaining accurate and confidential patient records and paperwork.
• Accurately process patient orders and sales using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Resolve customer conflicts or complaints professionally, fostering long-term loyalty to our brands.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in compliance with the State of Florida Office of Compassionate Use, Florida Statutes for Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers, and other local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Age 21 or over.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Government-Issued Photo ID.
• 2 years' experience in retail or a similar customer service-focused industry.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve them professionally and promptly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of leadership capabilities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods during the shift.
• Capability to assist with lifting stock and materials.
• Occasional movement throughout the store to retrieve products or materials.
