Part Time Lead Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains established standards to ensure we achieve maximum value on donated goods while implementing effective space utilization.
• Provides coaching and training to assigned associates and volunteers.
• Affords assistance in resolving associate, donor and customer concerns.
• Fulfills established loss prevention and security procedures.
• Completes timely and accurate required reports.
• Maintains a safe and orderly work environment, ensuring staff follow safe work practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of retail or customer service experience is required.
• One year of leadership experience is required.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a good driving record as defined by AbleLight is required.
• Able to lift 40 lbs. on a regular basis (more occasionally) and stand on feet for up to eight hours is required.
• Able to assemble and move racks and shelves for extended periods of time is required.
• Able to carry items up and down stairs as needed is required.
• Must be able to work fulltime hours during the week (days, evenings, and weekends) is required.
