Location: Cedar Hill, Texas. Job type: Solutions. Salary: $24–26 per hour. Schedule: Rotating shifts, flexible availability 6 AM–10 PM, 7 days a week (up to 40 hours/week). Education: No degree required.
Responsibilities
- Lead from the Front: Direct, coach, and motivate a dedicated team; manage daily schedules, team training, and collective performance.
- Launch Delivery Operations: Supervise order processing, perform precision quality checks, and oversee package loading onto aircraft.
- Run the Deck: Own morning setups, inspect high‑tech gear, and keep every site safe, clean, and prepped for maximum efficiency.
- Master Safety & Inventory: Conduct sharp daily counts, tackle incident resolution head‑on, and set the gold standard for site safety.
- Be the Voice of the Site: Partner directly with regional management — sharing performance wins, solving operational puzzles, and bringing bold new ideas to the table.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years leading teams in fast‑moving fields such as logistics, retail, or operations.
- Clear communication skills, quick problem‑solving instincts, and an eye for safety.
- Physically ready for active outdoor shifts in all weather; able to lift 35 lb and push a 160 lb cart up a ramp.
- Valid driver’s license (travel between multiple operational sites required).
- Flexible availability 6 AM–10 PM, 7 days a week (up to 40 hours/week).
- Must pass a background check and complete local training.
- Part 107 certification not required — training provided.

Pay
