Part-Time Law Clerk

We are seeking a motivated second- or third-year law student to join our team as a part-time law clerk for approximately 15 hours per week. You will gain hands-on experience in a professional law firm by supporting our attorneys and staff with both law clerk and file clerk responsibilities. Compensation: $15 - $25 hourly Qualifications Current second- or third-year law student in good standingStrong research, writing, and organizational skillsAttention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretionInterest in trusts and estates and/or business transactions preferredAvailability for approximately 15 hours per week, with a flexible schedule around classes Responsibilities Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda on trusts and estates and business law issuesAssisting with drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, trust administration materials, and business transaction documentsPreparing correspondence and summarizing client files for attorney reviewOrganizing, maintaining, and updating client files, both physical and electronicProviding general administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed
