Part-Time Kids Gym Coach / Instructor (Afternoons & Weekends)

Schedule

Flexible weekday and evening hours. Weekend availability required. Shifts may include Sunday mornings.

Qualifications

• Former athletes, dancers, cheerleaders
• College students (especially education or child development majors)
• Individuals who naturally take initiative and lead
• Gymnastics experience is a strong plus, but we will train the right person

About the Role

Lead structured classes for children ages 4 months–12 years

Responsibilities

• Teach gymnastics-based skills using our curriculum (we train you)
• Keep kids engaged, encouraged, and on track
• Create a positive, organized, and safe class environment
• Communicate confidently with parents
• Strong, positive energy
• Confidence leading groups of children
• Reliability and consistency
• Ability to balance fun with structure
• Comfortable interacting with parents
