We're seeking energetic individuals passionate about bringing the "Everyday should feel this good" vibe to our stores. You'll coach, train, and develop your team to become outstanding Brand Ambassadors.

DOR Overview

Leaders will take on distinct responsibilities (DORs) to ensure clear execution and support growth. These roles will rotate.

Requirements

• One year's work experience in retail leadership or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Charismatic personality and passion for Vineyard Vines
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Experience and passion for leading and mentoring a team
• Team-focused, confident, and professional
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Time management and decision-making skills

Scheduling Requirements

• Weekend availability required
• Average of 20-30 hours per week to maintain part-time status
• Seasonal stores may require 25-40 hours per week during peak periods
