Part Time Keyholder - Merrell

About the role

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, service-oriented individual who enjoys creating a fun and engaging shopping environment. As a Key Holder at Wolverine Worldwide, you will provide superior customer service, maintain product knowledge, and ensure a pleasant store atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with in-depth knowledge of store products and policies
• Operate point-of-sale registers, handle cash, credit, and other payment forms, and accurately record transactions
• Detect theft and other security risks
• Manage inventory, including moving merchandise and displays (up to 40 lbs) and climbing ladders
• Execute store opening and closing procedures
• Provide direction and supervision to Sales Associates
• Create amazing customer experiences and achieve sales goals and performance metrics
• Follow operational and presentation standards
• Foster teamwork and collaboration
• Perform duties in alignment with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proven success in retail sales
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Key Holder, including opening and closing the store
• Flexible schedule with availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for our brands and their lifestyles
