Who You Are

We're seeking energetic individuals who want to embody the "Everyday should feel this good" vibe on the sales floor. You'll inspire our team to become exceptional Brand Ambassadors and help customers connect with our values.

What You’ll Do

• Create memorable, lasting impressions with our customers
• Communicate our core values to customers through our team
• Execute the "door to floor" concept by managing inventory and staff
• Develop and train the team in product knowledge, presentation, and processes
• Support store leadership in strategic tasks

Requirements

• Minimum one year's work experience in retail leadership or equivalent role
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Charismatic personality and passion for the Vineyard vines brand and community
• Experience driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Passion for leading and mentoring a team
• Team-focused, confident, and professional demeanor
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to stand, move, reach, carry, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 40 pounds, and manage time in a fast-paced environment

Scheduling Requirements

Weekend availability required. Scheduling will be based on business needs. Average of 20-30 hours per week to maintain part-time status. Seasonal stores may require 25-40 hours per week during peak periods.
