DOR Overview
Leaders will take on distinct responsibilities (DORs) to ensure clear task execution and support personal and professional growth. These roles will rotate.
Requirements
- One year’s work experience in retail leadership or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Charismatic personality and passion for Vineyard Vines
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Experience and passion for leading and mentoring a team
- Team-focused, confident, and professional
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Time management and decision-making skills
Scheduling Requirements
- Weekend availability required
- Average of 20-30 hours per week to maintain part-time status
- Seasonal stores may require 25-40 hours per week during peak periods
