About the Role

We’re hiring a Key Holder to open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures. In this role, you’ll lead the store team as part of management, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store following company policies and procedures
  • Lead the store team as part of management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising
  • Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld
  • Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity
  • Engage professionally and respectfully with store teams and customers
  • Train and mentor new associates
  • Maintain a collaborative and motivated team environment
  • Act as a professional role model for peers and customers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1+ years of retail sales experience
  • Minimum of 1+ year of retail leadership/management experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in retail, preferably in fast fashion
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as a team
  • Awareness of retail principles such as sales, stock, and service delivery
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to move around the store throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly (e.g., boxes, merchandise, bins, clothing racks)
  • Ability to regularly squat or kneel (e.g., accessing under-storage bins, visual resets)
  • Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform for required tasks

Pay

$16.50–$19.50 per hour (part-time, hourly position).
